US WW2 Hawley Liner
Very nice US WW2 early "Hawley" liner
When in "1941" the M1 Helmet came out the first productions had this cardboard so-called "Hawley" liner
Becauce they where not strong enough, the where replaced firts by the low pressure (St. Clair) liners and then by the even stronger high pressure liners.
Becauce of the short production en several variations of the "Hawley" liner they are very hard to find, specialy in this great condition.
Hard to upgrade!!!
