Very nice used Wehrmacht aluminum Medical MG Box. Officialy a MG34/42 ammo box, but used for medical gear, bandages etc. by a combat medic.
Nicely dated “1942” and with factory marking.
In original camo paint and “Red Cross” sign.
Great rare case in used but good condition.
Fantastic for a medical display or condition.
