Very nice and rare photograph of a very high decorated Wehrmacht Soldier
Wearing the M40 enlisted tunic with M36 NCO shoulderboards
And Decorated with the "1939" "Iron Cross 1e Class", the "Infantry Strurm Abzeichen", the Wound badge, "Panzer Vernichtungs Abzeichen" for destroying a tank with a Mine, or Panzerfaust or other tank destruction weapons and most important the second highest decoration the "Deutsches Kreutz im Gold" for multiple proved courage in combat.
The photograph is in very good condition.
Its hard to find photographs with highly decorated soldiers!
