Very nice used DKG maker marked “134”
Which is “Otto Klein & Co., Idar Oberstein a.d. Nahe”
The cross has an old war time repair on its back, but that very nicely done minor damage was normal because recipients did wear there decoration during combat.
The German Cross was after the Knights Cross and the Honor Clasp (Ehrenblad Spange) the highest award in the German Army for often shown extreme bravery in combat! Fantastic designed high decoration in used but very condition!
