Very nice used Wehrmacht first model folding shovel in cover. First type cover has a closing cover on top.
Folding shovel is marked with the factory logo and “Waffen Ambt. marked. Closing strap is replaced.
The cover is made from so-called “presstoff” and leather and is maker code marked “JHG” and dated “1941” These folding shovels were used sinds “1940” by all forces in the Wehrmacht.
Overal a nice used Wehrmacht folding shovel and cover in used but very good condition. Hard to find the first model in this condition!!!
